White-label programme
The white label digital marketing agency behind your agency
Some agencies want one search retainer covered; others want the whole delivery stack — search, builds, WhatsApp journeys and social content — run by a team that is not on their payroll. This page is for the second group. Everything ships under your brand, every line is priced from a published wholesale card, and the non-circumvention agreement is signed before you tell us who the client is.
In one paragraph
The Tech Genius works as a white label digital marketing agency for marketing agencies in the US, the UK, Australia and Canada: the agency keeps the client, the calls and the invoice, and we deliver search, websites, Shopify stores, WhatsApp automation and social content from India under the agency's name. Wholesale rates are published so the margin — typically 55–65% on a build, usually more on a retainer — can be planned before the pitch, and non-circumvention is signed before any client is named.
Who this is for
- Full-service agencies whose sales outrun their delivery bench in one or more channels
- A social media marketing agency that is asked for the landing page, the store and the search work behind the posts
- Agencies positioned as the digital marketing agency for small business clients in their town, who need enterprise-grade delivery at small-business prices
- Search-only shops that want to add builds and messaging without hiring developers
- Agencies already juggling two or three white-label vendors who would rather have one contract and one point of contact
What your agency gets
What is included, and what you resell it as
| Included | Detail |
|---|---|
| White label SEO retainers | Technical, content, links and generative engine optimisation, reported monthly on your template. The same SEO reseller terms as our dedicated page, folded into one agreement. |
| Websites and Shopify stores | Next.js business sites and Shopify builds, fixed-quoted, shipped weekly to staging, handed over in your client's name. |
| WhatsApp automation for your clients | Business API setup, automated journeys and AI replies with a human handoff, with Meta's per-message cost itemised so your client sees a bill they can read. |
| Social content production | Static creative, short video and copy produced in batches to your client's brand system, scheduled to a calendar you approve. |
| Landing pages tied to campaigns | The page a paid or social campaign sends people to, built to convert and to load fast, because a campaign is only as good as where it lands. |
| One report, your logo | A single monthly report across every channel we run for a client, written in your voice, plus Looker Studio or Sheets access in your workspace. |
| One named contact | A person who knows your accounts, works Indian hours with overlap into UK and US mornings, and answers on WhatsApp or Slack. |
The margin, worked out
Wholesale rates, against what agencies typically charge
Our price is what you pay us. The resale column is observed agency pricing in the US, UK and Australia, not a promise about your market — the margin is arithmetic on published numbers.
| Service | Our wholesale price | In USD | Typical agency resale |
|---|---|---|---|
| SEO retainer (per month) | ₹28,000 – ₹95,000 | $290 – $1,000 | $1,500 – $4,000/mo |
| WhatsApp automation setup | ₹25,000 – ₹80,000 | $260 – $840 | $1,200 – $3,500 |
Rupee figures are the contract; the USD column is converted at the rate checked in August 2026. Full card on the white-label page.
How it works
From first brief to your invoice
Step 1
Paperwork before names
NDA and non-circumvention are signed first. Only then do we hear which clients, which channels and which markets.
Step 2
Brief us by channel
Tell us what each client needs: a retainer, a build, a messaging journey, a content calendar, or all of them. Send brand guidelines and the tools you already use.
Step 3
One fixed quote, two working days
Every line priced from the wholesale card and written out per client, so you can put a number in front of them that will not move.
Step 4
Delivery under your name, weekly
Builds on staging, content for approval, retainer work on schedule — each with a written update you can forward without editing.
Step 5
Two invoices, not one
You bill each client at your rate. We bill you once, at wholesale, in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AED or INR through licensed cross-border payment providers.
Why agencies can trust it
What you can check before you send a client name
GST-registered, number published
An Indian company with its GSTIN printed on the About and Contact pages, so your finance team can check the register before the first payment.
Every price on the site is public
Retail prices on every service page, wholesale on every partner page. You can work out your margin on this page without a sales call.
We market our own businesses on this stack
Tech Depot India, Attardaan India, Relaywave and Roomline are ours, so the search, store, WhatsApp and content work we resell is work we already pay for ourselves.
Agency work is not new to us
A share of our work already comes through agencies under their brand, which is why the reporting templates and the non-circumvention agreement exist before you ask for them.
White-label marketing — questions agencies ask
Is every channel reported under our brand?
Yes. One monthly report per client on your template, covering search, builds, messaging and social together, written in the first person as your agency. If you would rather give the client a live dashboard, we build it in Looker Studio or Sheets inside your workspace. Our name appears nowhere unless you invite us onto a call.
Who owns the client?
You do, and it is in writing before we learn a name. The non-circumvention agreement covers every client you bring, during the engagement and after. The commercial logic also runs your way: agency work is repeat revenue for us, and one poached client would end all of it.
What if a client discovers we outsource?
The contract does not change and neither does the delivery. Plenty of agencies present us as their delivery team, which is accurate; others keep us invisible and route every question through their account manager. Choose at the start and we work to that, including whose name the tool accounts are opened in.
What are the turnaround times across channels?
Business websites take three to five weeks and Shopify builds four to eight, from approved design. Retainers and content calendars run monthly on a schedule agreed at quoting. Quotes themselves come back within two working days of the brief.
How is the margin worked out when we resell several services?
Each line is priced from the published wholesale card and the quote lists them separately, so you can mark each one up as you see fit. Against what agencies in your market typically bill, builds land in the 55–65% margin range and retainers usually leave more, because the wholesale rate stays flat while your client's monthly fee does not.
Do we have to move every client across, or can we start with one?
Start with one. Agencies that search 'white label seo' usually begin with a single retainer, and one landing page or one automation is a sensible first job. Add channels once the reporting has been through a cycle or two. There is no minimum volume, and if a month is full you hear it before you promise a client a date.
Send one brief. See how we work before your client does.
Non-circumvention signed first. A fixed quote inside two working days. Your name on everything the client sees.
