Will you withhold 30% tax, or will I have to?
No. Under the India–US tax treaty, service payments to us are not subject to US withholding, and we provide a completed Form W-8BEN-E for your records so your accounts team can process the invoice cleanly.
How do we actually pay you?
We provide local US account details through a licensed cross-border payment provider, so you make a normal domestic transfer. No international wire fees, no unusual paperwork for your finance team.
What about the timezone gap?
Our afternoon overlaps your morning — roughly 8am to noon Eastern. Most work happens asynchronously with a daily written update, so you are not waiting on a call to know where things stand. For a project needing constant real-time collaboration, we are the wrong choice and would say so.
Do you sign NDAs and client contracts?
