Storeline

The growth system behind a D2C brand

A store on its own does not grow. Storeline is the machinery around it: the search visibility that compounds, the content that keeps the channels fed, and the sales automation that stops enquiries dying in an inbox. We run it on our own perfume brand.

How it’s delivered

Built and running on Attardaan India, our own direct-to-consumer perfume brand. Every part of this was made because we needed it ourselves first, then hardened enough to hand to someone else.

Traffic isn't the problem. Everything after it is.

Most struggling stores are not short of visitors — they leak them. Product pages that load slowly, a checkout with one field too many, enquiries that arrive in an inbox nobody owns, and a content calendar that dies in week three. Each of those is fixable. Fixing them one at a time, with five disconnected tools, is why they usually aren't.

The system

Seven modules. One set of data. Nothing typed twice.

The alternative is half a dozen tools that don’t speak to each other, and a person in the middle typing the same numbers into all of them. This is that job, as one system.

  • Core

    Ecommerce storefront

Shopify or custom, built around product-page speed and checkout friction — the two things that actually decide revenue. Cash on delivery with OTP verification, UPI, and the shipping and inventory integrations Indian D2C genuinely needs.

  • Marketing

SEO built for the long game

Category and product pages structured to rank, technical foundations, schema, and the brand-mention work that gets you cited inside AI answers. This is the compounding one — it is slow for months and then it is the cheapest traffic you have.

  • Marketing

    Social publishing across nine channels

Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok and Threads, scheduled from one calendar. Posts are built from live catalogue data, so a product going out of stock does not keep advertising itself.

  • Marketing

    AI content production

A repeatable pipeline for product imagery and short video that holds one visual identity across hundreds of assets — the same system we use to shoot our own catalogue. Generated at pace, directed and approved by a human, never published raw.

  • Guest

    Lead capture and routing

Every enquiry — site, WhatsApp, social DM, marketplace — lands in one queue with its source attached. Nothing sits unclaimed in a shared inbox, and you can finally see which channel produces buyers rather than noise.

  • Revenue

    Sales sequences and recovery

Abandoned-cart recovery, back-in-stock alerts, post-purchase follow-up and win-back sequences, running over WhatsApp and email on Relaywave. The revenue here is almost entirely from orders that would otherwise simply not have happened.

  • Core

    Analytics across the funnel

Traffic, rankings, channel performance, cart recovery rate, cost per acquisition and repeat rate in one place — because every module writes to the same store. One system exists so the numbers agree with each other.

What it does

  • Built on a brand we actually own

Attardaan India is ours. The storefront, the imagery pipeline, the COD flow and the WhatsApp recovery sequences all run there every day. You can open the store and look at the result.

  • Selling fragrance taught us the hard version

Nobody can smell a product online, so everything has to be carried by imagery, description and trust. If the system works for perfume, the categories where buyers can actually judge the product are easier.

  • Content that survives contact with a real calendar

Most content plans fail in week three because producing assets is slow. Ours is a pipeline, not a burst — which is the only reason consistency is achievable for a small team.

  • One system, not five subscriptions

Store, SEO, social, content and sales automation sharing one data layer. The saving is real, but the point is that the numbers reconcile.

  • Priced to the scale you're actually at

A ten-product brand and a two-thousand-SKU catalogue are not the same job, and pretending otherwise would mean overcharging one of them. See the pricing question below.

Who it’s for

  • D2C brands with traffic that isn't converting
  • Stores outgrowing a basic template
  • Brands whose content dies after a few weeks
  • Anyone losing enquiries across WhatsApp, DMs and email
Why isn't there a price on this page?

Because it would be a made-up number, and every other price on this site is real. Storeline scales with catalogue size, channel count, content volume and how much sales automation you need — a small brand and a large one are genuinely different builds, not the same build with a bigger invoice. What we will do is give you a fixed quote after one short call, and every individual service inside it has a published starting price on our pricing page, so you can sanity-check the total before you ever speak to us.

Do I have to take the whole system?

No. Most brands start with the storefront or with SEO and add the rest once it earns its place. The modules are designed to connect, not to be sold as an all-or-nothing bundle.

Can you work with the store I already have?

Usually, yes. We will look at what you have before recommending a rebuild — if your existing store is sound, spending your money replacing it would be the wrong call and we would say so.

How long before SEO does anything?

Four to six months for first movement on a newer domain, six to twelve for compounding. That is why the system pairs it with social, content and sales automation, which move faster — the fast parts pay for the slow part while it matures.
