White-label programme
Outsource web development to a team that publishes its prices
Agencies and companies come to this page for the same reason: they need a site, a store or a piece of software built, and the local quote does not fit the budget. We build from India on Next.js and Shopify, fixed-quote every job from a published rate card, ship weekly to a staging link, and hand over with the code in your name. If you are an agency, we sign non-circumvention first and you keep your client; if you are a company, you deal with us directly.
In one paragraph
Outsourcing web development to The Tech Genius means having a website, Shopify store or custom application built in India on a fixed quote, delivered weekly to a staging link, and handed over with the repository, hosting and analytics in the client's name. We work with agencies in the US, the UK, Australia and Canada under white-label terms — non-circumvention signed before any client is named — and with companies directly on the prices published on our service pages. The wholesale rate card on this page is what an agency pays; against typical Western build pricing it leaves a margin of 55–65%.
Who this is for
- Marketing and design agencies with a build to deliver and no developers on staff to deliver it
- Companies that want to outsource a rebuild, a store or an internal tool on a project basis rather than hire a team
- Founders and product owners who need to hire web developers for a defined scope and would rather pay a fixed price than an hourly one
- Businesses that tried an offshore web development company before and were burnt by scope creep, silence, or a footer credit they never agreed to
- Agencies that already outsource to a web development agency abroad and want the terms written down: NDA, fixed quote, handover
What your agency gets
What is included, and what you resell it as
| Included | Detail |
|---|---|
| Business websites on Next.js | Custom, server-rendered sites built to pass Core Web Vitals and to be read by search engines and AI crawlers alike. |
| Ecommerce website development on Shopify | Storefronts, product pages that load fast, checkout with the friction removed and integrations that fail loudly rather than silently. |
| Custom software and portals | Internal tools, customer portals, booking systems and dashboards, scoped in phases so you can stop after any phase and keep what is built — the same work we sell direct as a custom software development company. |
| Design from a brief, or build to your files | We can design in your visual system or take finished Figma files and build them precisely. |
| Weekly staging builds | A link that updates every week with a written note, so a wrong assumption surfaces in week two rather than at the final demo. |
| Handover in your name | Repository, hosting, domain and analytics registered to you or your client from the first day, documented so any developer can pick it up. |
| White-label option for agencies | For agencies, the same build ships as white label web development: your logo on the deliverables, staging on your subdomain if you want it, and non-circumvention signed first. |
| Support after launch | An agreed support window, then an optional retainer, so there is someone to call after the invoice clears. |
The margin, worked out
Wholesale rates, against what agencies typically charge
Our price is what you pay us. The resale column is observed agency pricing in the US, UK and Australia, not a promise about your market — the margin is arithmetic on published numbers.
| Service | Our wholesale price | In USD | Typical agency resale |
|---|---|---|---|
| Business website | ₹55,000 – ₹1,80,000 | $580 – $1,900 | $2,500 – $6,000 |
| Shopify / ecommerce build | ₹1,10,000 – ₹3,50,000 | $1,150 – $3,700 | $4,000 – $12,000 |
| SEO retainer (per month) | ₹28,000 – ₹95,000 | $290 – $1,000 | $1,500 – $4,000/mo |
| Custom software / AI build | ₹2,80,000+ | $2,950+ | $12,000+ |
Rupee figures are the contract; the USD column is converted at the rate checked in August 2026. Full card on the white-label page.
How it works
From first brief to your invoice
Step 1
Agreements, then the brief
Agencies sign NDA and non-circumvention before naming a client. Companies sign the NDA and we go straight to scope.
Step 2
Scope in writing
Sitemap or feature list, design files or references, platform, integrations and the date you have in mind. A short call is usually enough to close the gaps.
Step 3
Fixed quote and date in two working days
Priced from the published card, scope written out, estimation risk carried by us. A rush job is quoted as a rush job so you know before you commit.
Step 4
Weekly builds you can see
Staging link and a written update every week — in your brand if you are an agency, in ours if you are the client.
Step 5
Handover and invoice
Files, documentation and accounts in the client's name. Agencies invoice their client and we invoice the agency at wholesale; companies are invoiced directly, in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AED or INR.
Why agencies can trust it
What you can check before you send a client name
Registered in India, registration published
The GSTIN is on the About and Contact pages, so a finance team can verify the company on the government register before anyone sends money.
Prices you can read before you call
Retail figures sit on every service page and the wholesale card on every partner page. Comparing us against a local web development agency takes minutes, not a discovery call.
We build and run our own products
Tech Depot India and Attardaan India are our own stores; Relaywave and Roomline are our own software. The stack we sell is the stack our own revenue runs on.
Work already arrives through agencies
A share of our work is subcontracted from agencies, which is why the staging, reporting and handover routines are already in place rather than improvised for you.
Outsource web development — questions agencies ask
Do you work with companies directly, or only with agencies?
Both. Agencies get the white-label terms and the wholesale rate card on this page. Companies deal with us directly and are quoted from the retail price list published on our service pages — the same fixed-quote, weekly-build, handover-in-your-name process, without the reseller layer.
How is the reporting handled for an agency?
Weekly written updates and the staging link carry no mention of us, so you forward them as your own progress reports. Documentation and the handover pack are written in your agency's voice. If you want the client to see staging on your own subdomain, we set that up at the start.
Who owns the client and the code, and what if the client finds out?
For agencies, the client is yours under a non-circumvention agreement signed before we hear their name, and if they learn the build was outsourced nothing changes in the contract or the delivery — we join technical calls as your developers if you want us to, and stay out of sight if you do not. In every case the code, hosting, domain and analytics belong to the end client, registered in their name at handover, so nobody is locked to us.
What about the timezone?
We work Indian hours with overlap into UK and US mornings, and for Australia our morning is your afternoon. Written updates, staging links and a WhatsApp or Slack channel do most of the work between overlaps. Where a project needs real-time pairing all day, we say so — that is a job to keep local.
When is outsourcing the wrong call?
Two cases. If the job needs a developer sitting beside your team all day — live pairing, same-day design changes, a war room before a launch — the timezone gap costs more than the rate saves. And a single page due tomorrow is a rush job: we can often do it, but it is priced as one and the saving mostly disappears. For a scoped build with a real deadline, outsourcing works.
How does pricing work, and what is the turnaround?
Every job is fixed-quoted from the published card within two working days of the brief. A business website takes three to five weeks and a Shopify build four to eight, from approved design; software is quoted per phase. For agencies, the wholesale figure against typical Western build pricing leaves a 55–65% margin; for companies, the retail price is on the relevant service page.
Send one brief. See how we work before your client does.
Non-circumvention signed first. A fixed quote inside two working days. Your name on everything the client sees.
