The Tech Genius

Website development, SEO and digital marketing for Perth businesses

Perth is the Australian city closest to India in every sense that matters for remote work: two and a half hours ahead, no daylight saving to shift it, and an economy built on mining services that already buys from suppliers thousands of kilometres away. We are a web design company and seo company in India serving Perth businesses at published prices, with no office in Western Australia.

In one paragraph

The Tech Genius is a website development company Perth businesses can work with remotely from India for websites, ecommerce stores, SEO retainers and custom software, with no office in Perth. Billing is in Australian dollars as an export of services; the ATO's business-to-business rule means no GST is added once you give us your ABN, and every figure we charge is published here.

What Perth businesses run into, and what we do about it

  • Mining services buy from a distance already

The suppliers in Welshpool, Kewdale and West Perth serve sites in the Pilbara and the Goldfields that they rarely visit, through procurement teams who work from capability statements and certifications. A website development company Perth suppliers hire should build for that buyer — a document library, a tender-ready profile, an enquiry flow that routes to the right engineer — and that is what we scope.

  • An isolated market with a small agency pool

Perth is one of the most remote major cities in the world, and its agency market is priced by that scarcity rather than by the size of the job. The seo services and website builds we sell are priced against the whole Australian market, not the local shortage, and the two and a half hour gap makes the distance close to irrelevant in practice.

  • Perth changes the timezone maths

Most offshore comparisons assume Sydney time. Western Australia is only two and a half hours ahead of India and does not observe daylight saving, so a Perth firm gets close to a full live working day with us — a question at ten in the morning your time is answered by a team that has already been at its desk for a while.

  • Being the seo agency Perth searches rank first is not the offer

The offer is the query list. For a Perth SMB the winnable searches are usually the trade, the product or the service plus the suburb or the region, and we show you that list — and which head terms are out of reach for now — before a retainer starts.

Why Perth clients work with us

  • Close to a live working day

With Perth two and a half hours ahead of India, our morning is your late morning and our afternoon is your late afternoon. That is genuinely different from the overnight handover Sydney or Melbourne clients are used to from offshore vendors.

  • Australian dollars, no international wire

Local AUD account details through a licensed cross-border payment provider mean your accounts team makes a normal domestic transfer.

  • No office in Perth, said plainly

We are not in West Perth or Subiaco and we will not suggest otherwise. What you get is published pricing, an Indian GST registration you can verify, a small paid first step, and delivery over live calls and a shared board.

  • A seo company and a social media marketing agency in one team

Search and social are planned together: a web design company Perth businesses hire from us builds the site, the SEO retainer aims it at the right queries, and the social content sends the right people to it, reported as enquiries rather than impressions.

Questions from Perth clients

Do you have an office in Perth?

No. Delivery is remote from India — but with only two and a half hours between us, most of it happens live on calls and chat during your working day rather than through overnight handovers.

Are you a digital marketing agency in Perth or a web design company?

Both, plus software. Websites and ecommerce stores, SEO and social retainers, custom software and WhatsApp automation all come from the same people. A digital marketing agency Perth firms hire for campaigns can here also build and maintain the site itself.

Do you add GST for a Western Australian business, and what currency do you invoice in?

Invoices are in AUD as an export of services from India. If you are GST-registered and using our services for your business, the ATO's business-to-business rule for non-resident suppliers applies and no GST is added — give us your ABN and it is referenced.

How much of the Perth working day do you cover?

Nearly all of it. Perth is two and a half hours ahead of India and Western Australia has no daylight saving, so the overlap is the same every month of the year.

What does a website or SEO cost for a Perth business?

A business website is A$2,500 to A$6,000 by page count and complexity, and SEO retainers are A$1,000 to A$4,500 a month by scope and competitiveness, straight from the published Australian price list. Perth pays the same as Sydney.
