Scope, brand guidelines, platform and deadline. A fixed price and a delivery date come back, usually within two working days.

W-8BEN-E and vendor setup
We provide the completed form, our GST registration and our USD account details so your finance team can onboard us like any domestic vendor.
Step 4
Weekly builds under your logo
A staging link and a written update each week, both forwardable without editing. We stay off client calls unless you invite us on as your developer.
Step 5
You invoice the client, we invoice you
Handover in your client's name with documentation in your voice. A support retainer is optional afterwards, at the published wholesale rate.

Which contract law applies — yours or ours?
We will sign a reasonable US agency MSA, and most agencies prefer their own paper, so that is usually where it ends. Where you would rather use ours, we provide an MSA and a statement of work. Either way, IP is expressly assigned to your client on final payment; we do not rely on the US 'work for hire' doctrine, which does not operate the same way once a border is involved.
Do we have to withhold 30% on payments to an Indian vendor?
No. Under the India–US tax treaty, payments for our services are not subject to US withholding, and we provide a completed Form W-8BEN-E so your accounts team has the paperwork on file. Invoices are in USD and are a zero-rated export of services on our side, with no Indian GST added.
How does the timezone work for a US agency?
Our afternoon covers your morning — roughly 8am to noon Eastern, earlier still on the West Coast — and that is when calls are booked. The rest of the day runs on a written update. If your client's project needs someone in their timezone all day, hire locally and say so; we would rather lose the job than promise that.
What data protection terms can you sign for US clients?
There is no single federal privacy law in the US, so the terms come from your contract with your client and we sign them as your processor. Our sub-processors are named, and we say plainly that we hold neither ISO 27001 nor SOC 2 rather than let a security questionnaire imply otherwise.
Who owns the client?
You do, in writing, before we know who they are. Beyond the signature, partner work is repeat revenue from an agency that already trusts us, and stealing one client would end it permanently. That trade would be the worst one we could make, which is why you can believe the contract.
What do US agencies charge, and what do they pay us?
Our direct-client price list for the US — the number your client would pay if they came to us instead of you, and so a sensible floor for your quote — puts most multi-page business websites at $1,800 to $4,500, Shopify builds at $3,500 to $9,000 and SEO retainers at $1,200 to $6,000 a month. The wholesale rate card on this page sits well below that in rupees; against typical US agency pricing a build leaves you in the 55–65% range, and retainers usually leave more, because the wholesale rate stays flat while your client's fee does not.
